Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Greenridge West Telecom Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
