Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
