Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Rowan Inspection Services is an inspection company in Salt Lake City with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 544 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
