Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
