Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lakeside Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
