Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Redstone Vale Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Fresno area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
