Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in New Orleans with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
