Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
