Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Fresno producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
