Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Glen Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Albuquerque with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
