Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Mill Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
