Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Redstone Basin Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Hartford with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
