Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
