Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Field Financial serves customers across Cincinnati with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
