Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Quarry Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Portland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
