Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Corner Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
