Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Glen Banking Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
