Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Maple Water Authority Partners operates treatment plants and pipelines around Fresno, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
