Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Linden Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
