Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Madison producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 993 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
