Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Cross Health runs clinics and patient services around Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
