Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Orchard Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for public records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
