Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Meridian Civic Services supports public agencies in San Antonio with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 827 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for public records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
