Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Redstone Loom Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jacksonville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
