Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Cedar Pike Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
