Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Summit Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Phoenix. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
