Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Amberfield Wren Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Antonio, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
