Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
