Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Summit Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
