Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Redstone Field Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for device records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
