Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Cedar Bright Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Omaha, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
