Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Greenridge Linden Foods is a Minneapolis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
