Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ridge Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
