Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge West Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
