Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Lantern Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Philadelphia producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
