Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Orchard Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Houston serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
