Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Iron Medical is a Dallas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
