Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Thistle Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
