Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Bridge Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
