Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
