Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Water Authority is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
