Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
