Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Group is an insurance company in Pittsburgh with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 753 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
