Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Cleveland with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 910 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
