Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Redstone Mill Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tucson area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
