Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Summit Orchard Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
