Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Labs and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
