Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Care Services provides in-home and community support in Milwaukee, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
