Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Foxglove Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
