Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Union Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
